Lately, I may have been destroying myself.

I cut off cigarettes from my daily routine for the past few months, only allowing myself to smoke when there is alcohol involved and on selected occasions. A half pack would last me a month.
The result = STRESS AND ANXIETY
Apparently, going semi-cold turkey isn’t really doing me any emotional good. I’ve even considered myself bipolar a number of times. AND THIS WEIGHT… SHEDDING...
